Well it got to a grand total of 9 degrees in Hobart today and was raining all day. And Mt Wellington was wearing snow and a petticoat of clouds. Gee it looks lovely, but it is bitterly cold outside. Glad I didn't ride. Supposed to be fine tomorrow, so I'll be riding tomorrow.

But when I got home, after dinner I did my 45 min pilates video so I did do some exercise. It's been a while since I've done it though so I felt it a little, but I found even then I was still able to do most things to the same level I was when I was doing it every day which was pretty good!! The riding must be doing me some good.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
