Was feeling a bit crappy still today. I came down with some sort of virus on Wednesday evening so I didn't exercise on Thursday as I felt a bit sick still and today I haven't really had the energy. So decided this arvo I bet get on and just do a short 30 min walk at about 6ks an hour. Then while I was on the treadmill decided to run for a bit...so ran for 12 mins at 9.5ks an hour!!!
But that's ok. So I did the 30 mins and it was 3.6km. I feel better now and sort of wish I had stayed on for longer and had more of an effort but I didn't take any water out with me and didn't have my flannel to wipe my face. I hate sweat running in my eyes!!! So it wasn't a bad session after all.
