Walked aound town shopping for an hour or so (bought some shorts for summer....size 12 now, they are a little tight, but I'm looking ahead to summer by which time they should be right)

I also bought myself a new resistance band for pilates as mine broke the other day  so i will do my pilates video again today.

Went on the walk a thon with the kids this morning. It was 4.5km. We did it in under an hour. The kids wanted to run, so I suggested a run a thon next time. All in all was a great day with the sun shining. We had a sausage sizzle in the park afterward and the kids had a great time. We have raised around $500 or so I think, so it was great, and a nice healthy way to raise money!

that walk-a-thon sounds fun, when I did my funrun/walk I was so tired after ( i've actually found out it was more than 10km) I don't know if I'll do it next year or just do the 3km one.

I'd like to do more fun/walk runs etc but they don't have too many where I live. I see them advertised on the tv for Perth etc and think gee I would love to do it. Not to try and win or anything cos there would never be any chance of that, but to get out there and exercise with a lot of other people. Not to worry. I'll just keep it up on the treadmill. My hire is up in 3 weeks time so not sure if I am going to buy one or hire again for another 3 months. I certainly haven't lost all the weight that I want to lose.
