i was watching a dvd while i was on the treadmill - makes it less boring lol
i'm a bit embarassed haven't done any strength training yet.
i have everything i need just the motivation 2 do it is lacking.
This week exercise wise i've been really good
-walks with the pup @ dog park & chasing him around
- walks on treadmill everyday anything from 30-1hr
-have done yoga, pilates & Carmen's fit 2 strip vol 2 My exercise challenge 4 next week
2 start strength training 3 times per week - I CAN DO IT!!
