saturday 19/7
-20 min walk

i've been slacking off from the exercise lately, i lost motivation. i made some progress, lost that progress, now its time to rebuild progress. my weight training book arrived on friday. it has a 16wk plan i'm going 2 follow 2 build some much needed shape & muscle.

haven't recorded exercise 4 a while :oops:
for the past week i've slacked off a bit - using the cold as an excuse. still walking my pup 2 dog park but the 20min walk to & from doesn't count.

have gotten back into it. :)

friday 25/7
-1 hr 20 min treadmill walk
-star jumps/squates/bicep & tricep work

i was watching a dvd while i was on the treadmill - makes it less boring lol

i'm a bit embarassed haven't done any strength training yet. :oops: i have everything i need just the motivation 2 do it is lacking.

This week exercise wise i've been really good
-walks with the pup @ dog park & chasing him around
- walks on treadmill everyday anything from 30-1hr
-have done yoga, pilates & Carmen's fit 2 strip vol 2

My exercise challenge 4 next week
2 start strength training 3 times per week - I CAN DO IT!!

oh i haven't posted in my exercise dairy in ages.

well i've been slack when it comes to strength training. i've been exercising just haven't done much strength lol. this is all going to change. i have set myself a new 30 day exercise challenge to shake my plateau up.

i've started and i'm on day 6 of a 3 week running program which i'm doing on my treadmill.
i also started on day 1 of the 30 day shred. i'm intending on doing this 5 x week and leaving weekends as my rest day.

30 day kick 70kg in the butt challenge.

Day 1: 25/8

* 30 min morning walk with pup
*Day 5 running program: 10 min both warm up/cool down, run 2 x 1 x 5, run 1 x 1 x 5 = 40 mins
*Day 1 of 30 day shred = 20 min
*15 min walk with pup 2 park & back

TOTAL = 1hr 45 min exercise
