u will c improvements & strong bodies look great! i did 20 min of pilates today, 1 section had 2 use hand weights. I was really sore after a few secs, i was only using 1kg weights.

i ordered a book: 8 weeks 2 a toned body. going 2 try it out & c how i go - i'll add it 2 my 60 day challenge.

i c the walking as the base & anything extra is a bonus - if u don't officially exercise u've still done so.
