Well done Rochelle 10 kms!!

Walking 40 mins approx - 5.3kms
Strength training 20 mins

Am thinking of trying karate. Some chap came to our door tonight as I was finishing my stretches and my hubby took the flyer for me as he thought I might be interested. I think it is within walking distance of home too. Hubby says to try 3 sessions and see how it goes. Anyone doing karate? Any good?

I used to do Aikido which was exellent. If I had the time, I'd do it again, but as it is I've got Badminton one night a week which is enough.
