Sami's Exercise

I'm not a fan of routine exercise. I walk around the farm doing the chores and housework everyday but i know it's not enough.
This week i have done 30minutes a day on the treadmil, 3x 10 minute sessions.

Mon - 5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5
5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5
5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5

Tues - 5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5
5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5
5 mins @ 5kph, 5 mins @ 5.5

Wed - 5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph
5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph
5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph

Thurs - 5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph
5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph
5 mins @ 5.5kph, 5 mins @ 6kph

Probably doesn't seem like much to some people but for me it's abig achievement and i am proud. I feel really good within myself too and hubby say's my attitude in the bedroom is waaaaay better LOL. I'm not feeling tired in the middle of the day, this is probably because my eating habits have been alot better this week too. I'm just amazed at how i feel :D

imo it's all about consistency & creating healthy habits that you can maintain longterm - and what you've done this week is a massive step in that direction!

30 minutes a day is awesome for your heart! :)
