[i]Well here I am being accountable
zoned it for 35min run up the hill
fast from 7pm to 9am then protein shake
1/2cup oatmeal
yoghurt
fruit juice
coffee

Wahoo! Day four it must be? And I'm feeling in charge and rareing to go. Each day have fast from 7pm til 7.30-8am then done some form of cardio then
Protein shake and thee norm at least I know how many calories that way Lazy bum I am when it comes to that.

I am taking charge and I have even cleared my calender fror two months to work my new business....it is about looking after myself and my needs.
