Walking 55 mins - 4.4 kms

Decided to walk into town from work to pick up something I had on order. Worked out it was under the amount of kms I usually walk in my lunch break so should be able to do in 40 mins no problems. Right? wrong. Hadn't factored in the hoards of people in the city and having to stop at traffic lights. Won't make it a regular walking circuit will stick to the waterfront.

Rode to work and back.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
