Wednesday: This is where I GET BACK INTO IT BIG TIME!!!
Morning ride to work, 15 minutes. Jog around oval for 25 minutes, 10 laps in total (although chubby, athletic wise, I'm actually quite fit due to me being an ex-cross country runner and state champ when I was much younger).
This afternoon I will be riding home, so that's another 15 mins on the bike = 30 mins riding in total, and 25 minutes jogging. Also if you include my 5 min sprint to work after locking up my bike this morning, that's another 5
