Sunday: 1 x 30 minute bikeride around lake

Monday: 1 x 30 minute bikeride around lake after work

Tuesday: No exercise... oops. :oops:

Wednesday: This is where I GET BACK INTO IT BIG TIME!!! :mrgreen: Morning ride to work, 15 minutes. Jog around oval for 25 minutes, 10 laps in total (although chubby, athletic wise, I'm actually quite fit due to me being an ex-cross country runner and state champ when I was much younger).

This afternoon I will be riding home, so that's another 15 mins on the bike = 30 mins riding in total, and 25 minutes jogging. Also if you include my 5 min sprint to work after locking up my bike this morning, that's another 5 :P Equalling a TOTAL hour in cardio exercise 8)

Thursday:Rode my bike to work, took about 15 minutes (ever since I discovered this short cut my ride has been reduced by like half an hour thanks for underground tunnels/bridges :P ).

At lunch today (or before lunch) I shall go on a 30 minute jog, then ride home, equalling 1 hour spent in cardio as a total.

Ok so I got a lift to work from my housemate this morning coz it looks like it's gonna rain :mrgreen:

However I work quite close to the AIS!!! And there is an awesome POOL which I shall be using at 11am today 8)

Thursday cont: Run, 30 minutes. Rode home, 15 mins (I ride only 15 mins now coz I bus it as well), = total hour spent in cardio.

Friday: Got a lift into work, so went to the gym after to get my exercise in. 30 minutes on the ski machine!!! :mrgreen:

Saturday: Morning swim, 30 minutes. Wasn't just a walk in the park either ;) Went for it HARD guys! We're talking swimming in the FAST lane! Freestyle, and backstroke - really knocking myself out, and all before breakfast 8)

Afternoon bike ride - 1 hour.

Evening walk: 30 mins.

Total exercise for Saturday: 2 hours; including 30 minutes in intense cardio.

25 minute walk/jog with a friend.

5 minute vacuum of house :P

Did some shopping at lunch time!

Lol just joking, well I did shop but that shouldn't be counted as exercise :(
