Well when i woke up the sun was shining nicely and it didn't look like there was any wind, looked like a perfect day. And lately i haven't needed my jumper in the mornings when i hop in the car so i thought it would be warmer. Its spring it should be!
I'm not sure what the not being sleepy thing is about, its mainly the past 2 nights but i haven't been unwinding properly in the evenings so maybe thats why. I'm not complaining, i don't mind having extra energy, i mean i'm not feeling tired today and i wasn't yesterday.
Well the Health check company is in our office today (my check is tomorrow) and the guy gave me a list of what they check:
cholesterol and blood lipids (by doing a prick in the finger ouch)
blood glucos levels
blood pressure and heart rate (both resting and after exercise which will be stepping up on a box)
body composition (weight, measurments, BMI - will be good to see how incorrect my scales are)
nutrition (how much water, what do i eat etc)
Physical activity & fitness
stress, anxiety and depression
Sould be interesting.
