Hi , I have seen amazing results in my clients with this workout simple workout:
*Note: If you have health issues or injuries see your doctor before exercising.
30 minunte weights ( body weight exercises or machines) make sure its a fullbody workout though. Hit legs,chest,upper back,abs and finnish of with some core exercises like planks. Aim for 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps
30 minutes cardio ( jog, bike,brisk walk or swim) work only between 55-65% HR Max for maximum fat burning .
Do this 3 times a week and watch your waistline shrink.
