25 km bike ride to work.
20 min walk to subway station.
20 concentration curls per arm, at 5kg.
20 ab crunches.

I've skipped the curls and shrugs for a few days, but have been doing my daily 20 ab crunches. I can really feel my muscles tightening up just below my belly.

Reason I've not been doing my other exercises is that I've been working on learning Amazing Grace on my guitar. Pretty hard one, didn't expect that.

Haven't been cycling yesterday either. Wind was too fast, I wouldn't have been able to get home... Maybe today I'll drive my bike back, I'll have to see about that...

I've not been too loyal on writing down what I do, but today I did another 50km, as well as Monday. So I've already done a 100km this week and I feel great. My muscles will probably hurt more tomorrow morning, as it was raining pretty badly this afternoon. Doesn't matter though, because I have 2 days to recover.
Tomorrow is a day off because I have to work Saturday. :)
