I'm strapped for time so I'll put my weeks worth in here.

Monday to Tursday rode to work and back. 20.6km each day around 2 hrs each day. Thursday also played badminton (only 3 games as we were a girl short and had to forfeit...good news is we're all improving!)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

bike for about 15 mins yesterday. Rode to my mother in laws about 3ks. Damn hills are killing me!!! One day they will get easier tho! I bought a basket for my bike yesterday so no excuses now if I just need to get a few things from the shop. Its about 8.5ks to town and back and will take me about 25 mins. On the way to town there is a long slow hill which and on the way back is 1 long slow hill and 1 very very steep hill and then 1 more mild hill. There is no flat either way!!! And the final bit to the house is 200 m of hill!!! But I don't get off!!! I nearly did the other day coming back from town on the really steep one but I was determined not to get off!
