I'm strapped for time so I'll put my weeks worth in here.
Monday to Tursday rode to work and back. 20.6km each day around 2 hrs each day. Thursday also played badminton (only 3 games as we were a girl short and had to forfeit...good news is we're all improving!)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
