Bike ride for 15 mins, was 5.2km. Got my odometre on now so I'm laughing!!!

helped the bloke wire his sister's shed.

1hr walk to and around Methinna Falls
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
