Bike ride for 50 mins........surprised myself actually that it was that long!!!! 11.1km!!!


And 4.3km this arvo! Took 20 mins. I am getting back to my old self with the exercise now and I feel much better!

40 mins walk

1 hr Karate - walked there and back 20 mins

rode to work and back 20/6km, about 2 hrs
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
