30 minutes of brisk walking

45 minutes aerobics. Hoping to either get on the bike or go for a walk but it's been drizzling all morning and expected to rain for the next couple of days, hence why I went for 2 rides yesterday! Will definitely walk on the treadmill if I don't go out for a walk.

Went for a bike ride when the sun came drenched and had to turn back a little earlier!!! Did 4.8km in 23 mins. So I am pleased as I now have done my hour of exercise for the day! :D

I did nothing today. A day of rest I think. Actually I missed my walk but had to do other things.

Rode to work and back 20.6km
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
