Today ... even though its a Sunday ... I've had an unusual burst of energy (must have been the extra kilo that wasnt present on the scales this morning!). Between 6:45 & 7:00am I was out for a ride on my bike. After church, then lunch (probbably not the healthiest ... but I pushed away the extra chips), I did my 20 mins workout with Winsor Pilates and then the Leg Magic workout ... as much as possible ... Its a working progress ... but overall still pretty proud of myself ...
