Walking 55 mins (30 mins at a brisk pace and 25 mins around the local shops).

Tae Bo 40 mins

Decided my reward for getting past 10kg is to check out the local gym and see if I want to join. I left it for a while as I wanted to see if I would commit to exercising and that doesnt seem to be a problem as I have begun to really enjoy it. They have a class there I want to do on Sundays and it appears to be cheaper to join than pay for that one class. :? Also I am gonna have 3 weeks off work shortly and I know I would use it at that time. Had to change my goal rewards as this was supposed to be for when I get to 20kgs. <----Notice I didn't say 'if'!! :D

Congratulations on losing over 10kg's and going to the gym sounds like a great reward idea.

For me today I did a 30 minute walk.

Well done Kim you are going great guns! I've not done any exercise again today. And tomorrow will be another wipe out because of soccer and a house load of boys!!! Thank gawd our bedroom is up the other end of the house to where they are all sleeping!!!
