Saturday: 2 hours house cleaning (not overly strenuous but I was moving all the same)

Sunday: 30 mins practicing karate moves

Thursday
rode to work and back, then played badminton

Friday
nothing

Saturday
some very brisk walking from the market to town to buy some shoes (bout 1/2 an hour) for the engagement party I went to.

Sunday
nothing

Monday
feeling crook today so no riding to work (no work in fact). I will pull out the pilates instead.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Not at work today not feeling the best so no exercise. Starting to get back on track and don't want to overdo it. No Karate either. :(

Hoping to get back to work tomorrow.
