rode to work and back, then played badminton
some very brisk walking from the market to town to buy some shoes (bout 1/2 an hour) for the engagement party I went to.
feeling crook today so no riding to work (no work in fact). I will pull out the pilates instead.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
