So anyway, today I did:
45min walk with pram
15min on strider (gosh that was an effort)
50 reps on chest crunches (where the bar is pushed inwards with arms at right angle)
50 reps on leg lift
50 reps on pull down bar
50 reps on leg master
50 reps on push out bar
100 reps on the stair master
50 reps on the ab cruncher
bum crawl up the hallway
Am lucky enough to have one of those big body builder machines with so many different exercises/weights on it. It belongs to my counsin whos house i am living in.
So am feeling great today
