Today was a good day for me- finally got back out walking after about a month doing no walking (used every excuse under the sun)

So anyway, today I did:

45min walk with pram
15min on strider (gosh that was an effort)
50 reps on chest crunches (where the bar is pushed inwards with arms at right angle)
50 reps on leg lift
50 reps on pull down bar
50 reps on leg master
50 reps on push out bar
100 reps on the stair master
50 reps on the ab cruncher
bum crawl up the hallway

Am lucky enough to have one of those big body builder machines with so many different exercises/weights on it. It belongs to my counsin whos house i am living in.

So am feeling great today :)

Managed to go for my walk this morning- have been really slack with exercise so it felt great. I actually did the same walk i usually do but in just over 40 min and usually do it in 50-55min!! I was surprised at how fast i can walk when i am feeling really motivated. I did want to have a workout as well today but was too busy cleaning the house to workout when my son went for his sleep. Maybe tomorrow :)

I have been walking this morning which was great- was a lovely day. Left at 5am as my lovely little boy decided 4:20am was a great time to get up :roll:

He is sleeping now and I have just finished "Denise Austin Ultimate Fat Burner" DVD- I see how the came up with the name! I was sweating from everypart of my body, i was soooooo exhausted by the end and despite having a shower after I am still feeling the burn in my skin. I was a great work out and am proud of myself for getting through it all.

Decided its time to start recording my exercise again.

So, today I managed to do my Ultimate Fat Burner DVD which goes for 45 min- I felt fantastic afterwards.

Last night I managed 10 min on the strider and some weights which was good.
