Aerobics for 45 mins. Hoping to go for a walk this arvo as well. Want to get a fair bit of exercise done today because will be at the hospital again tomorrow and didn't do any yesterday, but did walk up and down the stairs instead of the lift!!! Will do the same tomorrow while there. :D

3.7km in 32 mins this arvo. Got drenched as well! Sun was shining when I left but started to rain about 10 mins into my walk!!! Stopped just before I got home......typical! :lol:

Rode to work and back
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
