Walked a further 60 minutes this arvo (mainly because sister had car trouble, long story)

Crikey Dolly, well done.

Walking 45 mins. Not quite at my usual pace but creeping back up there. Should be there by Friday. Still managed to do 4.4 kms.

Rode to work and back
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
