Bike ride for 1hr, was 16.8km! I was pleased with that. I didn't coast down the few downhills either!!! I kept on pedalling in the lowest gear. :D I am getting sick of going for a ride and having so many hills tho! I want to ride on some nice flat road for a change. Normally I go through the bush and can only do about 10ks in that time but I went solely on the road this time to see if I could do more and proved I could. Probably burned about the same amount of calories tho!

played badminton
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
