Aerobics for 35 mins. Did the new kickboxing one I bought from Aussie Fit. What a workout! I was puffing and sweating all over the place! I didn't do the floor stuff tho as I was too buggered to do anymore. It was gonna be an abs workout.....ooo no I couldn't take it!!!! But next time I do that workout I will do the abs section. In my weekly exercise challenge for next week I might put 1.5hrs aerobic workout and 20 mins non-aerobic workout.
Then I rode my bike to town to pick up the mail as it is a glorious day here today and save that little bit of fuel! Was probably only 50c worth of fuel saved but at least it would have worked on my thighs more!!! That took me 30 mins, there and back. Was 9.5ks. So now I have something to work on for next time. Took 14 mins there and 16 mins back. So I am going to try and do it quicker next time. And I put a t-shirt on that I hadn't worn for a few months that has a ribbed bit around the arms and it was a lot looser on the arms......how good is that!!!! So I am feeling good about that.
