Well, I walked on a treadmill today for the first time in my life!! :shock: And I didn't fly off the back like I had envisioned myself doing. Surprisingly I really enjoyed it as a lot of people say it's not very much fun. Started at the gym today and had an orientation which was a personal trainer taking me and another lady through the different types of machines and how to use them. Loved the cross trainer and will have to give that a spin next time. Have booked 3 sessions with a personal trainer to get some tips on strength training and assess my fitness etc so the first one is on Monday. I was like a kid in a candy store!

didn;'t really do anything today apart from work at the markety and do the shopping
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I loved using the treadmill Kim. It just really isn't practical for me to buy one as I live 3.5hrs away from Perth and that is where it would have to go if it broke down. Plus I think you are meant to get them serviced as well! So now I am back to going in the bush on the firebreak. Headphones are the go tho, make me walk/run faster. Keeps me bopping.......hahaha!
