Walk/run for 45mins, was 6.5km. I was very pleased with that. I am doing about the same pace as the treadmill. When I used to do a run/walk on the treadmill I was doing about 8ks in an hour. This would have ended up about the same in that hour if I had kept going. I have got a few walks measured out now that I have the odomotre on the bike. I rode them and keep a record of the distance for when I do that walk.

Cardio: 30 mins

Karate: 60 mins
