Bike ride for 25 mins......was 6.4km. I was quite pleased with that as I had limited time because it was nearly dark!!!

I walked whilst shopping with my Mum but it wasnt very far or hard but at least I was moving I guess. Strained my calf muscle on Monday at Karate so have been gently stretching it out regularly and applying some deep heat. Almost back to normal today but won't get back to the gym till Friday for my second session with the personal training so looking forward to that.
