30 mins strength training
35 mins cardio

I did 10 mins on the cross trainer what a nifty gadget that is. It's kind of like running without the impact on the joints. 100 cals in 10 mins. :shock: Crikey it may become my fav machine. Gonna try the dance class tomorrow if I have the time.

didn't do anything :roll:
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
