Cleaned the house too but thats a given each weekend. I wish I didn't mind living in a dump then I could just leave it but it would drive me nuts!

rode to work and back (7km) and worked and did shopping etc.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
