2 kilometers on the treadmill (too smokey outside to walk in Perth)
100 dumbbell lifts
20 wall pushups

walked around Vic Markets for an hour
30 mins jog/walk
5 mins on stair machine that I thought was like an elliptical trainer (it wasn't!!)
3 x 10 push ups
30 mins medium pace walk
40 mins Tae Bo

Current Weight - 64.8 kgs
Start Weight - 85 kgs

rode to work and back
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
