Walking brisk 30 mins and slow for 15mins

:lol: Yeah my thighs are killing me we did lunges with weights which I have done before but not quite to this intensity. Am hoping I'm up for Body Jam on Friday as it is fantastic fun and it is no strength training all cardio.
