walked around the market, worked most of the day, walked 10min to the grand chancellor for high tea with some Uni freinds and back again, then did the shopping. I'm pooped even though it wasn't much
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

house cleaning 2 hrs
