walked around town for a bit.
I won't be riding to work for the next 2 weeks as I'm on 2 week training that is just down the road so I'll be walking but I'm going to supplement this with an early morning jog every day.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
