2 laps walking around the market, worked all day, did shopping.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

No planned exercise today.

Cleaned house for 2 hrs and shopping for apprx 1 hr.

Bought a new bellydance to get fit dvd and did that this morning (as I can imagine it would have been hilarious to watch) :lol: but it was sooooooo much fun! Even my 3 year old got involved, he loved it!
