JULY
This month's goal - to comfortably be able to spend 30 minutes on the x-trainer at a time.
Also would like to have lost at least 15kgs by the end of the month (16-17kgs would be great!).

Wednesday 1st July - Day 95
No exercise.

Thursday 2nd July - Day 96
25 minutes x-trainer
Situps on fit-ball

Friday 3rd July - Day 97
27 minutes on the x-trainer plus some situps on the fit ball.

Saturday 4th July - Day 98
No exercise.

Sunday 5th July - Day 99
30 minutes Wii Fit
20 minutes x-trainer
2 hour walk

What I want to achieve:
1st Goal - 10kgs (end of May) - Reward: Wii Fit DONE
2nd Goal - 12.1kg (June 11 - DH's Birthday) - Reward: Reward enough in itself! DONE
3rd Goal - 15kgs (Aug 3 - DS's Birthday) - Reward: My Fitness Coach (Wii Fit) DONE
4th Goal - 20kgs (Mid-October for a wedding) - Reward: New clothes!
5th Goal - 30kgs (Christmas) - Reward: a digi-cam? Not sure.

well done darls looks like you have your head screwed on nice and tight lol you've had a great week exercise wise :D guess what im gunna be up your way on sunday were going to halls gap again walking- the plan is to do silverband falls, the balconies (i wana take some pics and compare from the last time i did the walk before starting all this in april last year will definatly post them he he he) and also im wanting to do the venus bath loop its only an easy peasy one but in all the times we've gone im yet to do it. :)

Aww have fun!
The Silverband falls are gorgeous. Not a difficult walk either. Hope the weather is perfect for you!
