Walk at lunchtime 30 mins

Cripes :shock:

I think that adds up to 2 hrs 30 mins.... :oops: :oops:

Walk at lunch 35 mins (a major achievement in the Melbourne weather today... blowing a gale, and rain! I was glad for the extra kilos as I may have become airborne otherwise :lol: )
