20 mins cross trainer - hill option

i did lots today to make up for my bad eating:

100 sit ups

skipping 100 jumps

20 push ups

a round of dance mat

arm workout with weights

and a 25 minute walk with my dog (or should i say he took me for a walk)
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg
