Have been a bit off the last couple of days and haven't exercised so back to it tomorrow.

walk away the pounds dvd
300 situps
50 pushups
two minute walk
some wieghts work with arms

god i look hot in the mirror lol sorry to say that i just couldn't help myself.. im ecstatic

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

It's great that you're proud of how you look. With all that exercise I bet you're sexy :wink:
Today I did:
50 sit ups
Chest and back workout at the gym
Thats not much compared to you, but it's fairly decent for me.

thats a great effort, i had the day off today so i decided to go insane.... i have a bit of an obsession with working out atm

Nothing wrong with obsessing about it... when I find an exercise I really enjoy I get like that too.
