200-ish situps
my own little crazy running and skipping routine
walk away the pounds dvd
shopping for two hours
weights with my arms
SW:91kg
CW:75kg
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

Next mini goal:73kg

50 sit ups -- it's going to take me forever to get to 10 000 :(
20 mins on the cross trainer
28 mins on the step machine (meant to do 30, but was going to be late for maths)
