i Have been awfully slack today, i didn't want to anything at all but i guess some is better than none

120 situps
50 pushups
walk away the ounds dvd
and a tiny bit of skipping and running around my backyard...
GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

No exercise today :x

Because of afternoon training course that cut into usual lunch time and then getting home late due to same training course and was tired from concentrating riding a motorbike for an hour in the dark in the rain.

Missed my lunch time exercise boost always makes me feel good.

Grug, if that is slack then there are no words to describe me :lol:
I did my 50 sit ups and got about half a workout in at the gym except the place was waaaay too crowded coz I didn't get up in time to go in the morning when not many people are there so I tried to go at 6pm when everybody goes. Anyways I gave up after waiting for a piece of equipment for about half an hour.
