I did half hour on a cross trainer and half an hour on an exercise bike. Also some walking.

60 mins of yoga and stretching with warm ups.

This is a new DVD I have had for awhile and not yet tried. Haha they make it look so easy, trust me it wasn't!

Yoga is so hard! Every time I try it I end up pushing too far and hurting my back :( Good on you Kim.

Cheers. I stretch every time I do exercise,more so when I do any strength or weight work so I am becoming more flexible. But crikey these women were doing the splits.
