1 hour walk -with pram :) as always

30 mins aerobics/dancing

Can't edit above dairy as I did some more when I got home.

15 mins warm up and stretch out.
30 mins weight training.

I do 3 sets of 20 push ups from my knees and I managed to do 5 in the second set from my toes. Woohoo....have wanted to build up to that and I finally got there.
