WHOOOHOOO!! I MADE IT...I DID IT OH YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!! I finally got out and went for my walk to day with the family...it was great to get back into it again. Didn't go far as my hip was giving me jip.
Am looking forward to making it all the way to the railway tracks again, which is a 3km round trip......only made it half way today.

1.5km walk ( made sure the heart rate was where it should be!)

that is wonderful :) i am so proud of me you mate, you are really giving everything a go :) i bet you felt so much better when you got home. i always feel like a weight is lifted off my shoulders after a walk :)

didnt go for walk today was too busy visiting parents and in -laws! :(

I actually havent done any yet today, but tonight I will do my walk aerobics, and either bellydancing or use the exercise bike :)

Good on ya Ally. Feels good doesn't it to know YOU did it, you got up today and did something great for yourself.



10 mins warm up
30 mins weights
25 mins stretching/yoga
