no time for walk today with going to the dr's and all. :S

thanks kim :) yeah heidi had to go to the dr's to get a mark on her neck checked. she wouldnt let the dr get a good look at it but he gave me a script for some cortisone cream so that should clear it up :) thanks for asking :)

I cleaned my aunties house, (vaccuming, mopping, dusting, shifting furniture) for 3 1/2 hours, ( she's about to sell)
10 mins stepper
30 mins walk aerobics
