10 minutes on exercise bike (was right, gave the bike and myself a near heartattack!! LOL)

40 minutes mowing the lawn

30 mins on treadmill, tonight I will do walk aerobics and prob 10 mins on the stepper... lol maybe more if I have the energy! xx

40 mins walking during lunch around docklands area.

also did a three hour spring clean of daughters bedroom (oh yes I was living with little piggies!!) Cleaned from top to bottom, walls and windows washed, curtains washed, and just tidied up, lots of bending and stretching and lifting and shifting....got to count for something??? LOL
