tonight will do 30 mins walk areobics, maybe a little exercise bike too :lol:

30 MINUTES OF AEROBICS AND STRETCHES- DAMN THOSE SQUATS ARE A KILLER- LUCKY I HAVE GOOD PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES AFTER HAVING A BABY!
