30 minutes dancing/aerobics

raining again so no walk today

Hey Kate, Too bad about the rain, I hate when it mucks up a day's planned exercise. Its HOT down here! lol well, its hot for melb at least (20 degrees)

Today I have done-
40 min powerwalk
20 min exercise bike

Tonight Ill do walk aerobics 40 mins

no planned exercise.
mowed lawn
raked yard
cleaned under the house (moved everything and then high pressure hosed it out)
mopped the floor
the list is endless!!!!! (was completely stuffed)

Ally you don't need to plan exercise when you're doing all that.

I managed a half an hour sit down at lunch and enjoyed 2 trips to the dump with hubby, (told him to drive s-l-o-w-l-y :wink: ). It is amazing what crap you collect!! But at least just about all the spring cleaning is done. Only have 2 more rooms to wash the walls in and 2 rooms of curtains to wash and then I am done!!!! Leaving the cleaning of the outside to Scott (the house) as I don't like heights!!!
