20 mins walking to and from gym.

20 mins on exer cycle

Thought I would give the bike a go today as I haven't gone on one in years as I used to find them boring. The kms was good and added to our group challenge but the cal burn was a bit crap. Will have to alter the intensity and build it up like I did with the cross trainer. Oh and the really good bit was it is up front facing the weights area so I got to perv a little. Woohoo some of those guys have hot bods!

Mmm... nothing like perving on guys to motivate you to get on that bike more often.

I did half an hour on the cross trainer, half an hour on an exercycle and half an hour on a stepper.

Plus I went downstairs to the computer labs this morning to do some work (I'm on 3rd floor of student accommodation) and realised I forgot my text book... walked back up the stairs... forgot what I went upstairs for... walked back downstairs... remembered... walked back up and down... then back up the stairs once I was done working. Minus ten points for intelligence, but plus a few points for exercise value.
