Got home and thought about doing weights but it was so lovely outside I had an overwhelming desire to run.

Walking 10 mins
Unfortunately, I can't add this to the challenge as I have no idea how far I went as I doubled back round this big park twice. And the good bit is my achilles tendon seems to have coped which means the no/low impact stuff I have been doing for the last month has given it chance to heal.
