20 mins cross trainer

Got home and thought about doing weights but it was so lovely outside I had an overwhelming desire to run.

Jogging 30 mins
Walking 10 mins

Unfortunately, I can't add this to the challenge as I have no idea how far I went as I doubled back round this big park twice. And the good bit is my achilles tendon seems to have coped which means the no/low impact stuff I have been doing for the last month has given it chance to heal.

thats good kim that you made the most of the sunshine :) :) :) and its awesome that you are healing well and getting back into higher impact exercise :) you mustve felt good afterwards :)

Yeah I did feel good. Got plenty sweaty so had a lovely hot shower and relaxed all the muscles...after stretching them of course.
